Theresa is a senior trademark agent with over 20 years of experience in the management of trademark portfolios for Canadian and international companies.

Theresa handles trademark portfolios for clients in a variety of industries, dealing with all aspects of trademark prosecution work including trademark searches and clearance, filing of Canadian trademark and copyright applications, and Madrid Protocol (International Registration) applications, opposition proceedings, trademark licensing, and summary cancellation. She also provides strategic guidance to clients based in Canada and around the world.

Theresa also has significant experience assisting with the intellectual property aspects of commercial transactions including trademark audits and due diligence, and preparation of assignments and licenses.
