Kevin Bushell

Kevin is an intellectual property lawyer.

Kevin joined Seastone in September 2023. He articled at the Vancouver office of an international law firm and then clerked at the Federal Court with Justice Furlanetto. Kevin obtained his law degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC where he volunteered with the Innocence Project and the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program.

Prior to law school, Kevin obtained an M.Sc. from Simon Fraser University and worked as a cancer researcher. He studied the genetic underpinnings of human and veterinary cancers and worked to develop novel methods to detect and monitor disease. He is an author of eleven peer-reviewed articles.
