Tania D’Souza Culora is an intellectual property lawyer, with over 18 years of private practice experience.

Tania trained and qualified into the IP Group of a large international law firm in England where she worked for many years before moving to Canada.  She is dual-qualified, being admitted to practice in Ontario, Canada, as well as England & Wales.

Tania is experienced in designing and managing global anticounterfeiting and antipiracy programs for clients across a range of industries from pharmaceuticals to major international fashion and luxury goods, tech, cosmetics & personal care products, and household goods.  She strategically advises on and runs, administrative, criminal, and civil enforcement cases concerning trademark, copyright, and design infringement, both regionally and globally.

Tania also advises on global branding strategy, and IP program investigations management. Her practice also encompasses advising on advertising & marketing, privacy & data protection and assisting clients with commercial transaction IP support including due diligence exercises.
