Our Story

Seastone IP LLP is a boutique intellectual property law firm based in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. Seastone comprises a talented, experienced team of IP lawyers and trademark agents with intellectual property expertise in Canada and abroad, all of whom worked at international law firms prior to coming together to form Seastone in 2021.

While Seastone’s team of lawyers are all IP specialists, between them, they also offer a blend of differing and complementary niche expertise, allowing Seastone to assemble teams with the most appropriate skillset who work together cohesively to best serve its clients.
