Sharn is an intellectual property lawyer who has assisted clients throughout North America with protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights. She has experience supporting clients in the areas of patent prosecution, patent litigation, and pharmaceutical regulatory law. Her clients have included small start-up businesses to multi-national corporations operating in a wide range of industries including oil and gas, agriculture, cannabis, and pharmaceuticals.
Sharn has represented clients before the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and the Federal Court of Canada.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Sharn obtained a B.Sc. in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of British Columbia. She was a registered pharmacist in British Columbia and Alberta and has practice experience in both the hospital and community settings.
Sharn is fluent in English and Punjabi.
